This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by Hellstr (β€œwe”, β€œus”, β€œour”). It applies to purchases made on hellstrclothing.com

1) Order processing

  • Processing time: typically 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff may start processing the next business day.
  • If an item is out of stock or requires extra time, we’ll notify you by email.

2) Shipping methods & delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Domestic / regional: approx. 2–5 business days.
  • International: approx. 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or peak seasons.

3) Shipping rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and selected service.
  • Occasional free-shipping promotions may be available and will be clearly indicated at checkout or via a site banner.

4) Tracking

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if available for your method).
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking activity to appear after dispatch.

5) Shipping address & changes

  • Make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately. We can edit it only before the order is handed to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses provided incorrectly.

6) Customs, duties & taxes (international)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our product price or shipping cost. Customs processing can also extend delivery times.

7) Delivery attempts & undeliverable packages

  • If the carrier cannot deliver and the parcel is returned to us, we can reship to a corrected address (additional postage may apply) or refund the item cost minus shipping once the parcel is received back in good condition.
  • Missed delivery notices and pickup deadlines are the recipient’s responsibility.

8) Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, check with neighbors/household and contact the carrier first.
  • For parcels marked delivered or delayed beyond the estimate, email us within 7 calendar days so we can help investigate.
  • If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and items and contact us promptly with photos so we can assist with a claim.

9) Pre-orders, backorders & split shipments

  • Orders containing pre-order/backorder items ship when all items are ready, unless we notify you otherwise.
  • We may ship items separately at our discretion; you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.

10) Holidays & force majeure

During peak periods (holidays, sales) or events beyond our control (weather, strikes, carrier disruptions), processing and transit may take longer. We appreciate your patience and will communicate material delays whenever possible.
