1) Return window & eligibility
- Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

3) How to start a return

- Tell us which item(s) you want to return and the reason.
- Weβll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the parcel.
4) Return shipping costs

5) Refunds
